Spotting drill has two types: single cutting edge or double cutting edge.
\nThe single flute spotting drill\u2019s diameter is 0.015 to 0.05 mm, and double flute diameter is 0.05 ~ 3.15 mm.<\/p>\n

1. Spotting drill\u2019s web thickness is thin, and its helix angle let spotting hole don\u2019t have the hole burr.
\n2. Spotting drill\u2019s concentricity of cutting edge and shaft are controlled within +0 ~ -3 um (+0 ~ -0.003 mm).
\n3. Suitable for drilling processing of Engineering Plastic, Acrylics, Inorganic Materials, Aluminum, Copper, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and so on.
\n4. Micro grain (Carbide) tungsten carbide rods were used as raw materials, this is imported from Japan and Europe.
